Valerian Liberation Front emblem
The Valerian Liberation Front is an organization in Tactics Ogre: Let Us Cling Together. It was founded and led by Cerya Phoraena and composed of defectors from the Bakram-Valerian Kingdom. Their purpose is to rebel against Brantyn Morne and his authoritarian rule. This faction is introduced early during Chapter 1 by Cistina Phoraena, but it is only during the Chaos and Neutral routes that they play any role in the storyline.
Halfway during Chapter 2 they are intercepted and ambushed by the Dark Knights Loslorien, a far stronger foe. In the Lawful route, this signifies the end of the Liberation Front and it's members, but in the Chaos route the timely intervention of Denam Pavel results in the survival of the rebels. Either way, the Liberation Front is no more.
Notable Members[]
- Cerya Phoraena - leader, joins Denam's Order (Chaos/Neutral route), a band of pirates (Neutral route) or is tortured and slain by the Dark Knights (Lawful route).
- Cistina Phoraena - Valkyrie, joins Denam's Order (Chaos/Neutral route), is slain by pirates (not saved during the Chaos route), or is presumed slain by the Dark Knights (Lawful route).
- Folcurt Reeda Lynde - Knight, joins Denam's Order (Chaos/Neutral route), or is presumed slain by the Dark Knights (Lawful route).
- Bayin Rosen Orne - Wizard, joins Denam's Order (Chaos/Neutral route), or is presumed slain by the Dark Knights (Lawful route).
- Merrik Ehlrig - Goes into hiding with Cerya following the groups dissolution, eventually joining Denam's Order (Neutral Route).
